Binance has announced in a routine assessment of its spot trading pairs that it would delist the BNT/BTC and METIS/BTC pairs on September 20, 2024, at 03:00 (UTC). With delistings depending on things like liquidity and trade volume, this move fits Binance’s continuous attempt to keep a high-quality trading environment.
Users of these pairs can still trade the base and quote assets using other accessible pairs on Binance Spot. Binance will hence stop Spot Trading Bots services for these pairs concurrently. Users who have active trading bots running on these pairings should thus be highly urged to update or cancel them before the services stop in order to minimize any possible losses.
The delisting will not affect the token availability on the Binance platform, so continuous trading in other pairs is unaffected as well.
