RWA App Integrates With Near Protocol To Boost Tokenized Asset Growth

RWA app has recently integrated with Near, the innovative layer-1 blockchain. With this new integration, the RWA database now monitors more than $630 million in tokenized Treasuries and stablecoins on the network.

Announcing our completed integration with NEAR.

NEAR is a blockchain building towards chain abstraction, which allows users and developers to engage across multiple ecosystems from one account.

Near Protocol is a layer one blockchain network that provides a platform for developers to build decentralized applications. It is quicker and cheaper than Ethereum and claims to be faster than some of its largest rivals. When wholly completed, Near is estimated to be able to execute up to roughly 100,000 transactions per second (TPS). It allows users and developers to engage across multiple ecosystems from one account.

More About this Integration of RWA With Near Protocol

RWA app offers an app where users can access every tokenized real-world asset in a single place. Real-world assets (RWAs) are a class of crypto tokens representing tangible assets outside the digital spectrum. The use of RWAs makes it possible for these assets to find a position within the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem, which helps to increase the availability of financial tools that are typically difficult to obtain and opens up new avenues of application possibilities.

As a result of this integration, RWA’s database is now tracking over $630 million worth of tokenized Treasuries and stablecoins on the network. Near Protocol is one of the most notable blockchains when measured by the growth of tokenized assets, as depicted by the current TVL, representing a significant increase from the $54 million present at the beginning of 2024.
