Casper Labs introduces Prove AI to enhance transparency and auditability for artificial intelligence training data using blockchain technology.
According to a press release shared with Cryptonews.com, Casper Labs announced the launch of Prove AI, an AI governance solution designed to improve transparency and auditability of AI training data.
Casper Labs Introduces AI Management Blockchain Solution
The release stated that this new solution leverages blockchain technology and integrates seamlessly with IBM’s watsonx.governance platform.
Prove AI aims to provide a secure and reliable method for maintaining and sharing audit logs of AI data. It includes AI version control, multi-party access controls, and advanced auditing features for AI training datasets.
During the IBM Think keynote, Casper Labs CEO Mrinal Manohar highlighted that the new service would address the growing need for AI data management.
“As regulators begin to demand greater accountability from businesses working with AI, there’s a clear and urgent need for businesses to de-risk AI initiatives,” said Manohar.
“Prove AI will be a key part of the emerging AI governance stack, ensuring that businesses across industries can embrace AI with confidence and clarity,” said Manohar.
Prove AI Empowers Design Partners
The solution’s first design partner, GreyscaleAI, specializes in supply chain inspection using x-ray imaging and AI algorithms to detect packaging errors or contaminants in foods, drinks, and medicines before distribution.
Industries such as pharmaceuticals and food and beverage, which are heavily regulated, require robust assurances of product quality and safety. GreyscaleAI’s AI-driven inspections help meet these standards by verifying that inspection data remains untampered.
With Prove AI, GreyscaleAI can establish a reliable audit trail, ensuring that all inspections are conducted transparently and thoroughly, which helps uphold the highest quality and safety standards.
Prove AI is scheduled to launch in the third quarter of 2024. The project is currently open for design partner applications.
