Bitcoin has reached record highs in Japan, Argentina, and the Philippines. The Bitcoin price surged to 11 million yen in Japan, 63.8 million pesos in Argentina, and 4.18 million pesos in the Philippines. This price increase follows a 7% rise, causing BTC to reach an intraday high of $71,650 on May 21. The cryptocurrency is now close to its all-time high of $73,738 in USD terms, within just 3.4% of the same. The devaluation of local currencies and ongoing economic challenges in these countries have driven these new price hikes.
